Do they fit big or small?

They run slightly smaller, so we recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. If your size isn’t available, please choose the next larger size. Keep in mind that our open-toe slides are designed to accommodate a range of sizes.

Do they cure foot pain?

Most of our customers who experience foot pain say they help a lot! But, no they do not cure foot pain.
Although, the Airy Step do compress with each step and absorb the position of your foot, making it more comfortable then most footwear.

Are they as comfy as they look?

Yes, but sometimes the weather conditions during shipping make them a little stiffer. This is because they are made of compression EVA material, which is exposed to ambient temperature.
Wear them for a week and they will regain their unique softness, or soak them in warm water for 30 minutes.

Are they waterproof?

Yes, you can wear them in any condition. Wear them at the beach, inside, in the shower, on a walk etc.

Do these fit wide feet?

Yes, the Airy Step fit wide feet.

What are they made of?

Airy Step are made of EVA, for soft compression, comfort and durability.

They are more stiff than advertised, why is this?

The EVA material we use is designed to break in over time, they are supposed to be stiff right when you get them. If you want to skip the “break in” period, then soak them in warm-hot water for 30 minutes.

Do they offer arch support?

No they don't have much arch support, but the material is designed to compress and relieve pressure off your feet.

Why do they shrink in the sun?

To make the squishiest, most comfortable material there are micro air pockets the compress when overheated causing them to shrink slightly.

Can I leave my slippers in the sun?

Don't leave your slippers in direct sunlight for long periods, as excessive heat may cause them to shrink.

How should I wash my slippers?

Clean your slippers with hot water, soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid machine washing. If needed, wash at low (less than 30°C) temperatures to prevent damage.

My slippers feel stiff—what can I do?

If your slippers feel firm, soak them in hot water for 10-15 minutes or place them in a warm shower for 15-20 minutes. Let them dry in a room at 22°C (71°F) or warmer to soften them up.

Are your slippers safe and eco-friendly?

Yes! Our slippers are made of EVA material, which is free of BPA and harmful additives. EVA is skin-friendly, vegan, and safe for everyday use. Our products and manufacturing conditions are regularly audited by independent service providers to ensure quality and safety.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?

30 day return policy, you must ship it back to us and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. If it’s a defective product, we will ship you a new one.

I received the wrong size, what do I do?

Ship it back to us, send us the tracking information, once the tracking updates we will send you a new one.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel within 12 hours of your order being placed email us the reason for cancelling with your order number and we will cancel it. If your order has already been processed, you will have to wait until you receive it, then ship it back to us. Once it is shipped back to us we will refund you.

When will my tracking be updated?

Tracking can take up to 6 days to update, this does not mean that it has not shipped yet. It could be on route to you, sometimes there are just delays in the tracking.
