RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Airy Step, we want you to feel fully confident when shopping with us. We understand that online orders can sometimes be uncertain, and our goal is to support you at every stage — from purchase to delivery. If something doesn’t work out, we will make the return or refund process as straightforward as possible.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it and receive a full refund.
After that time, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@airystep.com within the provided time window.
REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
All refund requests must be submitted to info@airystep.com. Our team will provide instructions and the nearest return location.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund of the product price only (excluding shipping costs and discounts) to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days from the delivery date

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@airystep.com with photos or videos showing the issue.
Each case will be reviewed individually. Based on the severity of the damage, we may issue a replacement, exchange, or full refund, at the discretion of our management team.
Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen display differences. We do our best to represent all products as accurately as possible.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, we cannot reroute or refund the order.
If you realize an error, contact us immediately at info@airystep.com before the order is dispatched.
MARKED AS DELIVERED
If your order is marked as delivered by your local postal service (e.g. USPS) but you have not received it, you will need to file an official lost or stolen package report with your post office.
Once this document is received by our support team, we will review the case and may issue a replacement.
Please note that refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered.
DELAYED ORDERS
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes listed on our Shipping page.
However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order is still in transit and trackable, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If the delay becomes excessive, we will review and resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
